The multimerization pathway of the glucocorticoid receptor

We propose a model of the glucocorticoid receptor for a structural pathway to tetramerization. Overall design: We use crystallography along with microscopy and transcriptomics to study oligomerization of the glucocorticoid receptor.

本研究提出了糖皮质激素受体（glucocorticoid receptor）四聚化（tetramerization）结构通路的相关模型。整体实验设计：我们采用晶体学（crystallography）结合显微成像技术与转录组学（transcriptomics），对糖皮质激素受体的寡聚化（oligomerization）过程展开研究。
