Vertebrate motif clusters

This file contains clustered motifs from three sources: - JASPAR (Portales-Casamar et al. 2009) - UniPROBE (Newburger and Bulyk, 2009) - high-throughput SELEX (Jolma et al. 2013) Motifs were clustered using GimmeMotifs with 0.9999 as threshold.本文件包含来自三个来源的聚类基序： - JASPAR数据库（Portales-Casamar等，2009年） - UniPROBE数据库（Newburger与Bulyk，2009年） - 高通量SELEX（high-throughput SELEX）（Jolma等，2013年） 所有基序均采用GimmeMotifs工具，以0.9999作为聚类阈值完成聚类。
