Analyzing owner satisfaction with fully-decorated residential properties is a critical step in optimizing management services for enterprises in the decoration engineering industry. Such analysis enables enterprises to identify shortcomings in their project management, formulate targeted improvement measures, better serve homeowners, enhance the overall quality of decoration projects, maintain positive relationships with owners, elevate corporate image, and improve brand value and comprehensive competitiveness. 1. Data was collected from questionnaire surveys administered to owners of fully-decorated residential properties under this enterprise in the Yichang area. Prior to formal analysis, the dataset was cleaned, anonymized, with outliers, null values, and erroneous values removed. 2. Owner satisfaction with fully-decorated residential properties encompasses seven core factors: design style, decoration quality, smart furniture, maintenance response, building material brands, space planning, and energy conservation and environmental protection. Owners rate each factor on a 1-to-5 Likert scale based on their personal experience. Weights for the seven factors were calculated using the AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process). The respective weight values are 16.370% for design style, 14.416% for decoration quality, 12.462% for smart furniture, 14.720% for maintenance response, 12.723% for building material brands, 15.849% for space planning, and 13.461% for energy conservation and environmental protection. The satisfaction score, rounded to two decimal places, is computed as: 16.370% × Design Style + 14.416% × Decoration Quality + 12.462% × Smart Furniture + 14.720% × Maintenance Response + 12.723% × Building Material Brands + 15.849% × Space Planning + 13.461% × Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection. Satisfaction levels are classified as follows: Dissatisfied when the score is less than 3; Neutral when the score is no less than 3 and less than 4; Satisfied when the score is 4 or higher.
