感染甲型流感病毒（Influenza A virus，H1N1、PR/8/34小鼠适应株）及肺炎链球菌（Streptococcus pneumoniae，血清型19F，菌株BHN 100）后的小鼠血液转录组数据集。
结果：单一感染与共感染后均观测到差异表达基因（differentially expressed genes）。

实验设计：
PBS_PBS组：第0天经磷酸盐缓冲液（PBS）处理，第7天再次给予PBS，8小时后采集样本；
PBS_SPN组：第0天给予PBS处理，第7天接种肺炎链球菌（S.p.），8小时后采集样本；
IAV_PBS组：第0天接种甲型流感病毒（IAV），第7天给予PBS处理，8小时后采集样本；
IAV_SPN组：第0天接种甲型流感病毒（IAV），第7天接种肺炎链球菌（S.p.），8小时后采集样本；
