Gene expression profiling of B cell lymphoma in dogs reveals dichotomous metabolic signatures distinguished by oxidative phosphorylation

We analyzed the transcriptomic profile of neoplastic CD5-CD21+ B cells isolated ex vivo from the enlarged lymph node of dogs with B cell lymphoma Transcriptomic profiles of neoplastic CD5-CD21+ B cells isolated ex vivo from 11 dogs with B cell lymphoma were generated by RNA-seq, using Illumina HiSeq 4000 System.

本研究对从B细胞淋巴瘤患犬肿大淋巴结中离体分离的肿瘤性CD5-CD21+ B细胞的转录组谱进行了分析；针对11例B细胞淋巴瘤患犬的此类细胞，采用Illumina HiSeq 4000系统开展RNA测序（RNA-seq），成功获取其转录组谱。
