MANAGEMENT OF ACUTE APPENDICITIS IN PEDIATRIC PATIENTS

Acute appendicitis is one of the most common causes of abdominal pain requiring surgical intervention in children. Its diagnosis remains challenging due to variable clinical presentations and the potential for rapid progression to complications.
