Human hepatocytes, HepaRG cells and HCC HepG2 cells were treated with 50nM of Microcystin-LR and cylindrospermopsin (CYN) to observe changes in gene expression.采用50纳摩尔浓度的微囊藻毒素-LR（Microcystin-LR）与柱孢藻毒素（cylindrospermopsin，CYN）处理人肝细胞、HepaRG细胞及肝癌HepG2细胞，以观测其基因表达的变化。
