VPRS 16502 Board Elections and Appointments

This series consists of Board election papers and appointments of the Dental Board of Victoria (VA 1343). The Board consisted of seven members, five of whom were appointed after election by the dentists of Victoria and the remaining two, who were appointed without election.Also included are the board appointments of the subsquent Dental Practice Board of Victoria (VA 4868). Dental Practice Act 1999 (No. 26/1999) provided for a Board of eleven members nominated by the Minister and appointed by the Governor in Council.These records include nominations, curriculum vitaes of board members, correspondence with board members and the Minister.
