Changes of intestinal flora in cholestatic liver disease and the changes after JTE-013 intervention

We investigated the microflora changes in cholestatic liver disease and the changes in intestinal microflora induced by S1PR2 inhibitors. We used CBDL model to explore the changes of microflora, and divided the rats into 3 groups, sham group, CBDL group and JTE-013 group to explore the changes of microflora in the three groups.

本研究探讨了胆汁淤积性肝病中的微生物群变化，以及鞘氨醇-1-磷酸受体2（S1PR2）抑制剂诱导的肠道菌群变化。本研究采用胆总管结扎（CBDL）模型开展微生物群相关研究，并将大鼠分为假手术组、CBDL组与JTE-013组三组，以分析三组大鼠的微生物群变化情况。
