In order to elucidate the role of the single Marchantia B-GATA ortholog in response to high light intensities, a transcriptomic analysis of Marchantia polymorpha BoGa, Mpb-gata1 mutants and MpB-GATA1ox under high-ligh stress conditions was performed. Transcriptome comparison including three replicate measurements of three biological samples. Plants were subjected to three different conditions: six hours of high-light (HL) with 1200 µmol m-2 s-1 at 20-22°C (t6HL), six hours of mock treatment with 60-70 µmol m-2 s-1 at 20-22°C (t6GL), or at time point 0h (t0).
为阐明地钱(Marchantia polymorpha)单拷贝B-GATA同源基因(B-GATA ortholog)在高光胁迫响应中的作用,本研究对高光胁迫条件下的地钱BoGa、Mpb-gata1突变体以及MpB-GATA1过表达株系开展了转录组分析。该转录组比较分析涵盖三份生物学样本的三次重复检测。实验设置了三种处理条件:在20-22℃环境下,以1200 μmol·m⁻²·s⁻¹光照强度处理6小时的高光组(t6HL)、以60-70 μmol·m⁻²·s⁻¹光照强度处理6小时的模拟处理组(t6GL),以及0小时时间点对照组(t0)。
