Wilms' tumor lncRNA sequence in the blood

We performed microarray analysis and real-time quantitative PCR (RT-qPCR) to detect the expression levels of lncRNA in blood collected from 2 WT patients. Goal was to determine the underlying mechanism by which lncRNA regulates WT progression. Total RNA was extracted from blood samples from 2 WT and 2 healthy children using Trizol reagent (Invitrogen, Carlsbad, CA, USA) according to the manufacturer’s instructions, followed by purification using the NucleoSpin® RNA clean-up kit (MACHEREY-NAGEL, Germany).

本研究采用微阵列分析（microarray analysis）与实时定量聚合酶链式反应（RT-qPCR），对2名WT患者的血液样本中长链非编码RNA（lncRNA）的表达水平进行检测，旨在明确lncRNA调控WT进展的潜在分子机制。
本研究从2名WT患者与2名健康儿童的血液样本中提取总RNA：严格按照生产商说明书，使用Trizol试剂（Invitrogen，美国加利福尼亚州卡尔斯巴德市）完成总RNA提取，随后通过NucleoSpin® RNA纯化试剂盒（MACHEREY-NAGEL，德国）对总RNA进行纯化。
