This study aims to investigate the effects of lipids on the performance of AnMBR for food wastewater treatment. Oleate-Na was added to synthetic food wastewater at different concentrations (0, 2 and 4 g/L) to simulate lipids gradients. Basic water quality, biogas production, and biomass characteristics were analyzed to evaluate AnMBR performance. Bacterial and archaeal community structure in response to the addition of oleate-Na was revealed in AnMBR operation. Results from this study can provide important insights to boost AnMBR application for lipids-rich food wastewater treatment.

本研究旨在探究脂质对食品废水处理用厌氧膜生物反应器(Anaerobic Membrane Bioreactor,AnMBR)运行性能的影响。通过向合成食品废水中投加浓度分别为0、2和4 g/L的油酸钠(Oleate-Na),以模拟脂质浓度梯度。研究通过分析基础水质指标、沼气产量及微生物生物量特性,对厌氧膜生物反应器的运行性能开展评估;同时阐明了该反应器运行过程中,细菌与古菌群落结构对油酸钠投加的响应规律。本研究结果可为提升厌氧膜生物反应器在富脂质食品废水处理领域的应用提供重要理论支撑。
