Multimodal data of patients with major depressive disorder

Measurement data of 60 participants of three different groups: Healthy control (20 participants), untreated, depressed patients (20 participants) and treated patients, which did not respond to therapy (20 participants). The depressed patients were treated in clinic. For the untreated, depressed patients treatment response information is available. The information was recorded at clinic discharge. 

Data holds background information to the patients (NEKTOR tables), proteome measurements, lipidome measurements and metabolome measurements. For all three measurement sets, blood plasma was used as metric. Lipidome measurements are quantitative measurements by mass spectrometry, proteome and metabolome measurements were semi-quantitative (intensity measures) mass spectrometry measurements.

本数据集涵盖3组共60名受试者的测量数据：健康对照组（20名）、未接受治疗的抑郁症患者组（20名），以及对治疗无应答的接受治疗抑郁症患者组（20名）。所有抑郁症患者均于临床环境中接受治疗，未接受治疗的抑郁症患者的治疗应答信息可获取，该信息于临床出院时记录。
数据集包含患者背景信息（NEKTOR表格）、蛋白质组学（proteome）测量数据、脂质组学（lipidome）测量数据与代谢组学（metabolome）测量数据。三类测量数据均以血浆（blood plasma）作为检测样本。其中脂质组学测量为基于质谱法（mass spectrometry）的定量检测，蛋白质组学与代谢组学测量为基于质谱法的半定量（强度值）检测。
