Regiospecific Organocatalytic Asymmetric Aldol Reaction of Methyl Ketones and α,β-Unsaturated Trifluoromethyl Ketones

The aldol reaction of methyl ketones and α,β-unsaturated trifluoromethyl ketones occurred under mild conditions with the combination of
proline-derived N-sulfonylamide and trifluoroacetic acid as the catalyst to give the corresponding unsaturated α-trifluoromethyl tertiary alcohols
in high yields with good enatioselectivities.

以脯氨酸衍生的N-磺酰胺（proline-derived N-sulfonylamide）与三氟乙酸（trifluoroacetic acid）作为联合催化剂，在温和反应条件下可催化甲基酮（methyl ketones）与α,β-不饱和三氟甲基酮（α,β-unsaturated trifluoromethyl ketones）发生羟醛缩合反应（aldol reaction），以高收率得到对应的不饱和α-三氟甲基叔醇产物，且反应具备良好的对映选择性（enantioselectivities）。
