Identify the gut pathogenic microbiota and their metabolites in colorectal adenoma patients; demonstrate that Zhang Zhongjing's combined formula (Yiyi Fuzi Bajiangsan combined with Dahuang Mudanpi Decoction) regulates the gut microbiota and metabolomics in rectal adenoma patients, thereby reducing the recurrence and relapse of colorectal adenomas and improving clinical symptoms.

明确结直肠腺瘤（colorectal adenoma）患者的肠道致病微生物群及其相关代谢产物；证实张仲景合方（薏苡附子败酱散（Yiyi Fuzi Bajiangsan）联合大黄牡丹皮汤（Dahuang Mudanpi Decoction））可调节直肠腺瘤（rectal adenoma）患者的肠道微生物群与代谢组学（metabolomics），进而降低结直肠腺瘤的复发与再发风险，改善患者临床症状。
