Cryo2StructData Metadata

An Excel sheet named as metadata.xlsx contains the relevant information for each cryo-EM density map present in Cryo2StructData dataset. Specifically, each row of the sheet contains the EMD ID of the density map, it's corresponding PDB code, density map's resolution, structure determination method, the software used to determine the density map, the title and the journal of the article describing the density maps.

名为metadata.xlsx的Excel表格包含了Cryo2StructData数据集中每一张冷冻电镜（cryo-electron microscopy, cryo-EM）密度图的相关信息。具体而言，该表格的每一行均记录了该密度图的EMD编号（EMD ID）、对应的PDB代码（Protein Data Bank code）、密度图的分辨率、结构解析方法、用于解析该密度图的软件，以及描述该密度图的相关论文的标题与刊载期刊。
