Metagenomes and Genomic Data from Hatiba Hydrothermal Vent Fields, Red Sea, Saudi Arabia

Shotgun metagenome sequencing was conducted on samples collected from the Red Sea hydrothermal vents within the Hatiba fields, including the following locations: Farwah Safraa Ridges, Beacon Field, Bajaah Field, Kabir Field, and Majarrah Field.本研究对取自哈蒂巴（Hatiba）矿区内红海热液喷口的样本开展了霰弹枪宏基因组测序（Shotgun metagenome sequencing），采样位点涵盖法瓦·萨夫拉海岭、比肯矿区、巴贾阿矿区、卡比尔矿区与马加拉赫矿区。
