Supernatant FI results

Chitosan-genipin hydrogel films were formed wells and lysozyme solution was added. At scheduled times, supernatants were aspirated from the wells and FI of the liquid was measured. Supernatant from hydrogels exposed to PBS alone and fresh lysozyme/PBS solution served as controls.

将壳聚糖-京尼平水凝胶薄膜（chitosan-genipin hydrogel films）制备为微孔阵列结构，随后向微孔中加入溶菌酶溶液。于预设时间点，从各微孔内抽吸上清液，并测定该液体的FI（荧光强度，fluorescence intensity）。以仅经磷酸盐缓冲液（Phosphate Buffered Saline，PBS）处理的水凝胶上清液，以及新鲜溶菌酶-PBS溶液作为对照组。
