VPRS 16007 Register of Contracts

The Register contained information about all contracts let by the Council. As contracts were let, they were registered and given the next available number in sequence. Information included: name of contractor, description of work to be undertaken, date of contract, price quoted, and progress payments.The register was used to assist in the management of work to be done by the contractor and monies paid to the contractor.It appears that the series in custody is not complete.

本登记册收录了理事会所授予的全部合同相关信息。每份合同授予后均会进行登记，并按顺序分配当前可用的下一个编号。登记信息包含：承包商名称、拟实施工程的描述、合同签订日期、报价金额以及进度付款情况。该登记册用于辅助管理承包商负责的工程实施及向承包商支付款项的相关工作。目前馆藏的该套登记册似乎并不完整。
