Stringent response regulator ppGpp and DksA contribute to virulence and host adaptation of Xanthomonas citri

RNA-seq was used to determine the transcription profile of ?dksA, ?spoT/relA (ppGpp0) and wild-type Xcc306. Transcriptome analysis give us insight into how stringent response regulators ppGpp and DksA promote virulence and host adaptation of Xanthomonas citri

本研究采用RNA测序（RNA-seq）技术，测定了?dksA、?spoT/relA（ppGpp⁰）突变株与野生型Xcc306的转录组谱。通过转录组分析，我们得以洞悉严谨反应调控因子ppGpp与DksA如何促进柑橘黄单胞菌（Xanthomonas citri）的致病性与宿主适应性。
