Antibiotic-responsive microbial transcriptomes. Acinetobacter baumannii strain:AcbR1_Cip_30m

RNA-Seq on common bacterial pathogens in the presence vs absence of a variety of antibiotics. Two susceptible and two resistant isolates were exposed to antibiotics in laboratory culture, total RNA was extracted at various timepoints from cultures with and without antibiotics, and cDNA libraries were prepared for Illumina sequencing.

本数据集针对多种抗生素存在与缺失条件下的常见细菌性致病菌开展RNA测序（RNA-Seq）研究。共选取两株敏感菌株与两株耐药菌株，在实验室培养体系中施加抗生素处理；分别于多个时间点从添加与未添加抗生素的培养物中提取总RNA，并构建用于Illumina测序的互补DNA（complementary DNA，cDNA）文库。
