Mesodinium chamaeleon NRMC1802 transcriptome sequencing to study the role of acquired phototrophy in phytoplankton blooms; grown under conditions of 100uE, well-fed, filtered seawater; grown under conditions of 10uE, filtered seawater针对变色龙舞毛虫（Mesodinium chamaeleon）NRMC1802开展转录组测序，以探究获得性光合营养在浮游植物藻华中的作用；实验设置两组培养条件：其一为100μE光照强度、饱食投喂及过滤海水环境，其二为10μE光照强度、仅使用过滤海水环境。
