A human ventricular electromechanical modelling and simulation framework is constructed and validated with rich experimental and clinical datasets. Abnormalities caused by scar and border zone ionic remodeling are introduced in varying degrees as reported in experimental data obtained in acute and chronic infarction. Simulations enabled reproducing and explaining clinical phenotypes post-MI, from ionic remodelling to ECGs and pressure-volume loops.
本研究构建了人类心室机电建模仿真框架,并通过丰富的实验与临床数据集完成验证。本框架依据急性与慢性梗死的实验数据,引入了不同程度的、由瘢痕组织及边缘区离子重构所引发的异常表现,与实验报道的结果一致。该仿真框架能够复现并解释心肌梗死后(post-MI)的临床表型,涵盖从离子重构、心电图(ECGs)到压力容积环的全维度特征。
