Soil bacterial community of Liao River estuarine wetland, Northeast China

The soil samples along the Liao River were collected from six sampling sites (LH1 to LH6), originating from its estuarine mouth, and a total of 18 samples were obtained. The spatial distribution and function profiles of bacterial communities in Liao River estuarine wetland, Northeast China, were explored based on the high-throughput sequencing of 16S rRNA amplicons.

研究人员从辽河河口段沿岸的6个采样点位（LH1至LH6）采集土壤样本，最终共获得18份样品。本研究基于16S rRNA扩增子（16S rRNA amplicon）高通量测序技术，对中国东北辽河河口湿地中的细菌群落空间分布特征与功能特征谱进行了探究。
