Reference transcriptome obtained by pooling reads from three different life stages of Crella elegans (individual with larvae, individual with spematic cysts and non-reproductive individual)

Individuals collected by SCUBA on October'09, March'10 and April'10 and fixed in RNAlater. Each sample was sequenced independently and afterwards reads from all three samples were pooled together and assembled with CLC Genomics Workbench 4.6.1 (CLC bio, Aarhus, Denmark).

本数据集的样本个体于2009年10月、2010年3月及2010年4月通过水肺潜水（SCUBA）采集，并使用RNAlater进行固定。每份样本均独立开展测序，随后将三个样本的测序读段（reads）合并，借助CLC基因组工作站4.6.1（CLC bio，丹麦奥胡斯）完成序列组装。
