Raw data of mNGS

We retrospectively enrolled 108 patients with infectious disease and noninfectious disease who visited West China Hospital of Sichuan University from January 2019 to June 2022. Pathogens in core needle biopsy tissue were detected using mNGS and traditional pathological examination. The diagnostic accuracy of the combined mNGS and histopathology protocol for pulmonary infectious diseases was contrasted with that of histopathological examination alone.The is the raw data of part patients who have completed mNGS of biopsy tissue.

本研究回顾性纳入2019年1月至2022年6月于四川大学华西医院就诊的108例感染性疾病与非感染性疾病患者。采用宏基因组二代测序（metagenomic next-generation sequencing，mNGS）与传统病理检查对患者粗针穿刺活检组织中的病原体进行检测。对比mNGS联合组织病理学检测方案与单独组织病理学检查对肺部感染性疾病的诊断准确性。本数据集为部分已完成活检组织mNGS检测的患者的原始数据。
