Study of microbial diversity in chicken cecum

Cervical dislocation was performed to euthanize the broilers. Cecal contents were collected and stored at ultra cold storage freezer after snap-freezing in liquid nitrogen.采用颈椎脱臼法对肉鸡实施安乐死。收集肉鸡盲肠内容物，经液氮快速冷冻后，置于超低温冰箱中保存。
