The dataset primarily consists of data content that highlights the differences in properties between two different morphologies of perovskite quantum dots (12-faceted quantum dots and 6-faceted quantum dots), which are mainly reflected in aspects such as TEM (Transmission Electron Microscopy), XRD (X-ray Diffraction), XPS (X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy), FTIR (Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy), and temperature-dependent photoluminescence spectra; additionally, it includes performance comparisons of cavity-enhanced superfluorescence generated by the self-assembly of two different types of perovskite quantum dots into superlattices for use as optical cavities. The data is presented in the form of images, with the plotting software being Origin and Adobe Illustrator.
本数据集主要收录用于对比两种不同形貌钙钛矿量子点(perovskite quantum dots)性能差异的数据,这两种量子点分别为12面量子点与6面量子点。其性能差异主要体现在透射电子显微镜(TEM, Transmission Electron Microscopy)、X射线衍射(XRD, X-ray Diffraction)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS, X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR, Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy)以及变温光致发光光谱等多个维度;此外,数据集还涵盖将两类钙钛矿量子点自组装形成超晶格并用作光学微腔时,所产生的腔增强超荧光的性能对比数据。所有数据均以图像形式呈现,绘图软件为Origin与Adobe Illustrator。
