<strong>[DRAFT #Ø].</strong> The present discussion for the establishment of a so called "New Community” is architectural prototyped on the political writings published between 24~25 May and 13 June 2005. Among the others, bio-ethical principles are used. They transfer the typical elements of biological ecosystems, the exaptation pjenomena, and biological-genetic evolutionary mechanisms and strategies, to the scope of social networks and human organizations.<br>In the present review, the original expression of <em>"Communism"</em> has been replaced by the new word <em>"Community”</em>. Although the new<em> "Community"</em> concept yet includes the principle of fairness, this paper sets out only general rules and laws, without identifying practical requirements.

**【草稿#Ø】** 本次围绕构建所谓"新共同体（New Community）"展开的讨论，其架构原型源自2005年5月24日至25日、6月13日期间发表的政治论著。除此之外，研究还采用了生命伦理（bio-ethical）原则，将生物生态系统的典型特征、外适性（exaptation）现象以及生物-遗传演化机制与策略，迁移至社交网络与人类组织的研究范畴中。
在本次综述中，原文表述的"共产主义（Communism）"已替换为新词"共同体（Community）"。尽管这一新的"共同体"概念同样涵盖公平原则，但本文仅阐述一般性规则与规律，并未指明具体实践要求。
