本数据集面向磷酸锰转化涂层圆锥滚子轴承进行研究。基于轴承寿命试验机Ⅵ型试验机采集疲劳寿命数据，依据GB/T 6391-2010《滚动轴承 额定动载荷和额定寿命》和GB/T 24607-2009《滚动轴承 寿命及可靠性试验及评定》标准进行试验。并实时监测温度和振动加速度值，当监控温度＞95℃或振动值超过最初幅值2倍时，试验设备将自动停机。每组试验进行2次。
This dataset focuses on tapered roller bearings with manganese phosphate conversion coatings. Fatigue life data were collected using a Type VI bearing life testing machine. Tests were conducted in accordance with Chinese National Standards GB/T 6391-2010 "Rolling bearings — Dynamic load ratings and rating life" and GB/T 24607-2009 "Rolling bearings — Life and reliability testing and evaluation". Temperature and vibration acceleration values were monitored in real time during the tests. The testing equipment will automatically shut down when the monitored temperature exceeds 95°C or the vibration acceleration amplitude exceeds twice the initial amplitude. Two replicate tests were performed for each test group.
