3',2'-cCAMP代表一类新型内源性环GMP-AMP第二信使。本研究对野生型(Wild Type, WT)及STING(Stimulator of Interferon Genes)缺陷小鼠的骨髓来源巨噬细胞(Bone Marrow-derived Macrophages, BMDMs)中3',2'-cCAMP信号通路的基因表达谱进行了检测。实验设计概述:分别以3',2'-cCAMP与2',3'-cGAMP刺激野生型或STING基因敲除小鼠的骨髓来源巨噬细胞,提取其总RNA后,采用Illumina HiSeq 2500平台完成深度测序。
