README Supplementary material for Simulating jökulhlaups from an ice-marginal lake within a 2D model of subglacial drainage and basal sliding This directory contains the supplementary material for Hepburn et al., 2026 (EGUSphere preprint) `Greenland-Data/` contains the input data for pyjokulhlaup's Greenland analysis. `matlab/` contains the input md model file generated in Matlab. It contains all of the cliamte, topography and parameter choices in the model run. With modification to `md.cluster` this could be run as is (so long as issm-jokulhlaup) is installed. `python/` contains the pythonic output from the binary results of the Greenland model run. Place the contents of this folder (unzipped) into `pyjokulhlaup/Greenland/models/` to plot the Greenland figures. `ISSM-Jokulhlaup/` is the frozen version of ISSM used in this study. Compile this in the same you would ISSM normally. `MovieA1/` contains the movie A1 supplementary video showing the time evolution of channels and lake height in the reference model case A.J.
