Time lapse RNA-Seq of UIR kidney in mice

Unilateral kidney ischemia-reperfusion(UIR) surgery was induced,kidney were harvested at 3 time points and RNA-Seq were performed. Overall design: UIR surgery was induced as described in the previous section (n = 3 in each group). Sham treated mice served as controls. Mice were sacrificed at 1 day, 3 days and 21 days after surgery. Kidney tissues were harvested and perform RNA-Seq.

本研究构建单侧肾脏缺血再灌注（UIR）手术模型，于三个预设时间点采集肾脏组织并实施RNA测序（RNA-Seq）实验。整体实验设计如下：按照前文所述方法构建UIR手术模型，每组设置3只实验小鼠；以假手术处理的小鼠作为对照组。分别于术后1天、3天及21天处死小鼠，采集肾脏组织并开展RNA测序实验。
