Soil metagenome from healthy and unhealthy agricultural soil. Soil health indicators

Soil samples were collected from healthy and unhealthy agricultural soil. Soil health was determined based on plant productivity and farmer's perception. DNA was extracted and subjected to metagenome sequencing.

本研究从健康与不健康农田土壤中采集土壤样本。土壤健康状况依据作物生产力及农户感知进行评定。提取土壤总DNA并开展宏基因组（metagenome）测序。
