Effects of the menstrual cycle and hormonal contraceptives on the human microbiome

Oral, vaginal, rectal and fecal samples from 160 healthy young women under different contraceptive regimens over the course of a full menstrual cycle. * Rectal swabs: one per woman, in the menstrual phase * Saliva samples: 3 per woman (menstrual, follicular, luteal) * Fecal samples: 3 per woman (menstrual, follicular, luteal) * Vaginal samples: 3 per woman (menstrual, follicular, luteal) * Vaginal samples: 39 amplicon samples over a 6 week period, 15 women * Vaginal samples: 28 shotgun samples over a 4 week period, 49 women

* 唾液样本：每名女性采集3份，分别对应经期、卵泡期与黄体期

* 阴道样本：每名女性采集3份，分别对应经期、卵泡期与黄体期
* 阴道扩增子（amplicon）样本：共计39份，采集自15名女性，采样周期为6周
* 阴道鸟枪测序（shotgun）样本：共计28份，采集自49名女性，采样周期为4周
