This static strength evaluation dataset for structural steel scooter pedals covers the entire product lifecycle. At the upstream phase, it provides traceable evidence for material and supplier selection, development of enterprise and industry test specifications, and model calibration. At the midstream phase, it supports scheme comparison and lightweight iteration, archives standardized working condition and boundary condition templates, and guides the distribution of parameters for process planning and manufacturing quality control. At the downstream phase, it is transformed into technical clauses for bidding and procurement, judgment bases for incoming/outgoing factory inspections and in-service sampling inspections, and supporting evidence for third-party certification and regulatory compliance. Furthermore, the dataset can be used as machine learning training samples to construct a knowledge graph following the framework of "geometry-material-working condition-response-judgment", forming a digital closed-loop system spanning design, manufacturing, acceptance inspection and operation & maintenance, which continuously reduces costs, shortens development cycles and enhances product reliability.
