Draft Genome Sequence of the Probiotic Enterococcus faecalis Symbioflor 1 Clones DSM 16430 and 16434. Enterococcus faecalis Symbioflor 1

The probiotic product Symbioflor 1 is historically composed of 10 clones of Enterococcus faecalis. Here, we report the draft genome sequences of the clones DSM 16430 and DSM 16434 in order to enable comparative genomics and to gain new insights into the biology of this non-pathogenic and probiotic microorganism.

益生菌产品Symbioflor 1 历史上由10株粪肠球菌（Enterococcus faecalis）克隆株构成。本研究报道了其中两株克隆株DSM 16430与DSM 16434的草图基因组序列，以期为比较基因组学研究提供支撑，并为解析这一无致病性益生菌微生物的生物学特性提供新的研究见解。
