Rolling Ball CNOFS bubbles

Nested Python Dictionary containing all bubbles detected via a rolling ball algorithm and their attributes. Bubbles are detected from plasma density data from the CINDI IVM aboard the C/NOFS satellite.本数据集为嵌套Python字典（Nested Python Dictionary），收录了通过滚球算法（rolling ball algorithm）检测得到的全部气泡及其各项属性。 气泡的检测基于搭载于C/NOFS卫星的CINDI IVM获取的等离子体密度数据。
