Hormonal studies of female mud crab

By using a combination of hormones we can effectively recreate the hormonal interactions observed in crustaceans. This allows us to accurately and precisely study their responses. This method has the potential to uncover findings, about aspects of crustacean biology. In this study we focused on exploring the process of ovarian development, in female S. olivacea specifically within Thailand. Our goal was to gain an understanding of the reproductive mechanisms and hormonal regulation that define this species.

通过组合施用激素，我们可有效复刻甲壳动物（crustaceans）体内观测到的激素互作过程。这使得我们能够精准地探究其响应特征。该方法有望发掘甲壳动物生物学领域多维度的新发现。本研究聚焦于探究泰国境内雌性S. olivacea的卵巢发育过程。本研究旨在解析该物种特有的生殖机制与激素调控规律。
