The EP4 antagonist vorbipiprant and an anti-PD-1 in MSS mCRC

The aim of the study was to determine whether vorbipiprant, a prostaglandin EP4 receptor antagonist, can convert immune-resistant mCRC into a tumor responsive to anti-PD-1 inhibition Overall design: Samples from human biopsies or surgical resection of primary tumor were analyzed in order to identify potential predictors of clinical response.
