Introduction and application of a new approach for model-based optical bidirectional measurements

We provide here the focus series of all investigated line structures as Matlab-files. We already reduced the images to intensity profiles. The effective pixel size was 23.34 nm and the z-step distance was about 50 nm. Please refer to the paper for any further information.
