Pinellia ternata Transcriptome or Gene expression

Drought is a major threat to the growth and production of Pinellia ternata. RNA-sequencing technology was employed to provide the drought stress-related transcriptome of this valuable medicinal plant.干旱胁迫是半夏（Pinellia ternata）生长与产量的主要威胁。本研究采用RNA测序（RNA-sequencing）技术，获取了这一珍贵药用植物的干旱胁迫相关转录组。
