Gene expression of disseminated neuroblastoma. Homo sapiens

Comprehensive expression profiling of disseminated neuroblastoma with favorable and unfavorable outcome using SAGE. Results provide insight into the molecular pathogenesis of spontaneous regression and progression of metastatic neuroblastoma and may be used for improving risk estimation of patients with disseminated neuroblastoma. 采用基因表达系列分析（Serial Analysis of Gene Expression，SAGE）技术，对具有良好与不良预后的播散性神经母细胞瘤（neuroblastoma）开展全面表达谱分析。本研究结果可为转移性神经母细胞瘤（metastatic neuroblastoma）自发消退与进展的分子发病机制提供深入见解，同时可用于优化播散性神经母细胞瘤患者的风险评估工作。

整体实验设计：本次分析共纳入9例样本，其中4S期神经母细胞瘤5例（n=5）、4期神经母细胞瘤3例（n=3）、神经母细胞瘤细胞系1例（n=1）。
