Continuous Imaging of tracer particles embedded in 3D type I collagen ECM with photocrosslinked ECM patches and a tumor spheroid to measure the deformation field cause by the contractility of the tumor spheroid. Imaging done on a Leica TCS SPE confocal microscope with a 10x air, 0.40 NA objective for 2 hours, 1 frame every 15 minutes.本数据集通过对嵌入带有光交联细胞外基质（Extracellular Matrix, ECM）补丁及肿瘤球状体的三维I型胶原蛋白细胞外基质中的示踪粒子进行连续成像，以测量肿瘤球状体收缩所引发的形变场。成像实验采用徕卡TCS SPE共聚焦显微镜，搭配10倍干镜、数值孔径0.40的物镜，总成像时长为2小时，每15分钟采集一帧图像。
