海南省1：400万县级行政区划数据集（1991年）包括海南省1991年县级行政区划数据和县级行政驻地点数据。县级行政区划数据包括了县级行政单元的名称、拼音、行政区划代码、变迁情况等信息；驻地点数据包括县级行政单元驻地的位置信息，驻地的级别、变迁情况等信息。
1:4,000,000 County-level Administrative Division Dataset of Hainan Province (1991) includes two components: county-level administrative division data of Hainan Province in 1991 and county-level administrative station location data. The county-level administrative division data covers information such as the name, pinyin, administrative division code, and historical changes of each county-level administrative unit; the county-level administrative station location data includes the location information of the administrative stations of county-level administrative units, as well as the level and historical changes of these stations and other related information.
