During equine early gestation, trophectoderm forms chorion tissue, which is composed of two parts that one is covering allantoin, called allanchorion (AC) and another is covering yolk sac, here we call vitelline-chorion (VC). Given that little is known about the equine trophoblast-derived chorion differentiation at early stage, we first compared the transcriptome of AC and VC of day 30 equine embryos based on RNA-sequencing.

在马的早期妊娠过程中,滋养外胚层(trophectoderm)会形成绒毛膜组织,该组织包含两个部分:其一包裹尿囊素(allantoin),被命名为尿囊绒毛膜(allanchorion,简称AC);另一部分包裹卵黄囊,本文中将其称为卵黄囊绒毛膜(vitelline-chorion,简称VC)。鉴于目前对马早期阶段滋养层来源的绒毛膜分化机制尚缺乏了解,本研究首先基于RNA测序(RNA-sequencing)技术,对妊娠第30天马胚胎的AC与VC组织进行转录组比较分析。
