The Political Parties and The Municipal and Regional Reform, 2014-2019

The project was part of a larger project, where the purpose was to analyze the municipal and regional reforms from the initiative in 2014-15 until the mergers were implemented by new year 2020. The purpose of this subproject was to map the parties' role in this reform. In this connection, interviews were conducted in the party organizations at central level and county level. The main question is to what extent the party organizations functioned as a link between the local and central level in the parties, when it comes to municipal reform. This applies to both participation and influence from the bottom up, and coordination from the top down. The data consists of transcripts of 15 qualitative interviews with employees in five political parties.

本项目隶属于一项更大的研究课题，旨在对2014至2015年启动的市政与区域改革进行追踪分析，直至2020年新年之际相关合并举措正式落地。本次子课题的核心目标是梳理各政党在此次改革中所扮演的角色。为此，研究团队针对政党中央与县级层级的机构开展了访谈调研。本研究的核心议题为：就市政改革而言，各政党的地方与中央层级机构在多大程度上承担了政党内部上下联动的纽带职能——既涵盖自下而上的民意传递与参与诉求落地，也包含自上而下的政策统筹与协调推进。本数据集包含针对5个政党的15名工作人员开展的质性访谈转录文本。
