In this research, we embarked on a comprehensive exploration of urban development, particularly focusing on the city of ancient Suzhou in China. By applying scene theory as our primary analytical framework, we delved into the intricate relationship between urban scenes, individual perception of scene value, and behavioral intentions of different population segments. This research brings forth significant contributions.
