The genome of Pseudomonas corrugate strain RM1-1-4 was selected for sequencing based on its ability to exert stress protecting abilities against biotic and abiotic stresses and to promote plant growth. The strain was isolated with a bait plant strategy, where the oilseed rape rhizospheres of Sphagnum magellanicum-treated seeds were sampled.

本研究选取皱纹假单胞菌（Pseudomonas corrugate）RM1-1-4菌株进行基因组测序，因其兼具抵御生物胁迫与非生物胁迫的胁迫防护能力，且可促进植物生长。该菌株采用诱饵植物策略分离获得：采集经麦氏泥炭藓（Sphagnum magellanicum）处理的种子对应的油菜根际样本，以此完成菌株分离。
