Data used and produced for: "Evolution of biosilicification molecular toolkits in demosponges (Porifera)"

Here we have deposited the outputs of the phylogenetic analyses run in the manuscript and all the material needed to repeat the study. We provide alignments, tree files, and iqtree outputs for all the genes we studied.
